Marigo Super Schneider Electric HMI models are programable off-site and can be installed by your team.
Marigo 2016 Super TM251MESE model programming and commissioning.
Due to the machine having a screen “HMIGTO4310” connected to a “TM251MESE” PLC communicating by node@Names. Both screen and PLC controller will have to be programmed if either one of the units fail, as from experience the new unit will have a different node@Name; changing them only creates failure. Both units are commissioned on first run.

Preventa XPS safety systems
Preventa XPSMCMDO0002 system password reset is also possible. This is invaluable as finding parts can be difficult on some models, the only source being nearly new. When the part arrives and is fitted, you will find it is password protected, not default, rendering it unprogrammable.
Marigo Tyre Retreading Machinery Repair and Error Messages.
When errors occur: Do Not Cycle The Machine! Take pictures of all error messages and record exactly what happened when the fault occurred and where in the cycle the error occurred eg, failed mid-cycle after emitting sparks and loud booming noises. Spending 20 minutes now, recording all information can save hours of diagnostic time on serious problems!
